The protagonist of the documentary is Carmine Cervone, 37, a young artisan from the  neighborhood of San Lorenzo, in the historic center of Naples.

 

Keeper of the ancient art of typography, Carmine brings back to life machines of the last century and makes them work.

In the absence of laws that recognize the value of his work, his job could end at any moment, but Carmine stubbornly resists. He and his shop, every day become a wonderful museum in motion.

 

Winner of the “Vesuvio Award” as best Documentary at The Napoli  Film Festival 2012.

Winner of the best “Young Short Prize” at the FAITO DOC Festival 2013.
